Physical Health & Spiritual Connection

I lost 60 pounds in 6 months using Wingman while gaining muscle.

I fit in my clothes again from 10 years ago, although I'm wearing the same shirt in the before and after picture.

My lower back and knee pain are pretty much gone.

I'm much stronger than I was and have more stamina.

I can run again, like I'm 20. I'm 34 now and I couldn't run before.

My blood pressure was high and now it's normal.

My wife attests to me being less irritable, and when I do occasionally get upset, I handle it better.

The device visually stimulates your brain so your cardio workouts are much more efficient.

It works the best on the elliptical, which has low impact on your joints.

To summarize the physiology, your liver holds about 500 calories of sugar, and your muscles hold about 1500 calories.

While watching the Wingman, you'll be able to do 500 to 1000 calorie workouts.

When your body runs out of sugar, your body breaks down fat, and your liver starts making ketones out of it.

You'll start losing body fat, but surprisingly, something spiritual can also happen.

One ketone body is called beta hydroxybutyrate or BHB, similar to the recreational drug GHB. BHB can make you spiritual.

It's one reason why Moses, Jesus, Steve Jobs, and Gandhi all fasted.

It's difficult to do long periods of fasting though when you have family and work obligations.

Now you can trigger the effects of fasting in one or two workout sessions.

Here's the catch, the most effective content to watch is sexual.

You can try other material, the device simply mirrors what's on your phone, but men can probably understand that sexual material gets you going.

This is because men have trillions of connections in their brain dedicated to seeing physical beauty in women.

The most potent motivator for a man is the physical beauty of a woman.

You'll have to decide ethically what content you'll want to use.

I learned this the hard way, so please learn from me.

Jesus has the most intense standard on this subject.

He says it's better to gouge out your eye if it causes you to lust after a woman who isn't your wife.

Watching other people having sex will negatively impact your relationship.

Most men are currently experiencing this with their wives.

If you can relate, you're not alone, I've been there.

The solution is simple and fun.

The only reason I figured this out is because I couldn't sell this device without working out the ethics first.

We all have the tools right now to watch ourselves instead, in a safe, and private way.

Try it today. Make an album with the sexiest pictures you currently have of your wife on your phone.

Do a slideshow with workout music and Airplay it to the TV when you have some privacy. See how many pushups you do while watching it.

She'd likely be okay of you doing this. She might even want to send you more pictures now.

This can help you build muscle because watching sexual content naturally releases testosterone. Pushups and weight lifting do too.

The problem for weight loss is you need an elliptical or stair climber. They're the most efficient for calorie burn.

You can buy your own, but quality ones are quite expensive. I learned the hard way that cheaper ones can malfunction.

Gym memberships are cheaper and allow you to try Wingman glasses on different cardio equipment. I prefer Planet Fitness.

In either case, the step-by-step Wingman guide in the product section can help you start losing weight.

The weight loss is great, but the closeness you'll feel with your wife, Jesus, and God is much more important.

We've been conditioned to think sexual content is bad, because we've felt the negative effects it's had on our relationships, but it's only bad when it causes lust.

God wants us to be drunk in love with our wives, not drunk in lust. He said so in Song of Solomon.

There is no shame in looking at your wife. Jesus approves.

Jesus wants husband and wife to be fully joined as one flesh, which means fully joined sexually.

Technology is here to stay, and it's time we re-examine our ethical standards.

God doesn't accept our terms and conditions.

We need to take the time to examine our eyes and what we're seeing.
